Negar Safapour, DDS

Dr. Safapour has been practicing dentistry since 2002, and she loves the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She approaches every patient with kindness, honesty, and a gentle touch, creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for.

A lifelong learner, she is passionate about continuing education and bringing the latest techniques and technology to her patients. As she shares, "Whenever I attend continuing education courses, I'm reminded of how much I love what I do. I return feeling energized and excited to incorporate what I've learned into my practice and share that knowledge with my patients."

She is a graduate of the prestigious Kois Center, which advances dentistry through science, and has pursued advanced education across multiple disciplines within general dentistry, including implant dentistry, Invisalign® clear aligner therapy, Fotona laser dentistry, digital dentistry, 3D printing, and CEREC same-day crowns. She also regularly participates in dental study clubs and completes 50+ hours of continuing education every year. As she puts it, "Dentistry is evolving so fast — new research, digital technology, and AI are opening doors we couldn't have imagined. I love staying at the forefront of it all, because that's exactly what I'd want in my own dentist: someone current, knowledgeable, and always learning."

Outside the office, Dr. Safapour enjoys spending time with her husband, their two teenage sons, and their two dogs, Dubs and Marley. As a family, they love exploring Marin, taking walks with their dogs, and traveling to Utah to spend time with family and enjoy the outdoors.

Amber

Before dentistry, Amber trained as a goldsmith and gemologist and built her own business. She has always loved working with her hands and creating beautiful, precise things. She is a triplet (yes, really!) and a proud mom, and family is at the heart of everything for her. When she is not at the office, you will find her out on a hiking trail or baking pastries so beautifully presented they look almost too pretty to eat. Weekends are for family — especially cheering on her son at his baseball games. Ask Amber what she loves most about her work and she will tell you it is the conversations — she genuinely enjoys getting to know every patient who walks through the door, and it shows. With her guiding your care, every visit feels a little more like catching up with a friend.

Ben

Ben is an Eagle Scout, and the love of the outdoors that came with it has never left him. Give him a free weekend and you will find him camping, hiking, or quietly scanning the forest floor for wild mushrooms — mycology is a true passion of his! He has also spent years in theater specializing in sound and production, and every so often he surprises everyone by stepping onto the stage himself — and what a treat it is to watch him act. Whether behind the scenes or in the spotlight, he is remarkably good at what he does. At home, Ben is the resident cook, always experimenting with something new in the kitchen. In the office, what he enjoys most is the people — gentle and thoroughly professional, he loves getting to know each patient and catching up on everything that has happened since their last visit.
